Do you think you’re getting value for money when you fly? If you answered ‘no’, you’re not alone.
Research by jetcost.co.uk found that 78% of us feel that we’re paying too much for what we get. Added extra charges like air passenger duty top the list of grumbles.
The survey group of just over 2,000 regular flyers was then asked whether they would pay more money for any additional aspects of a flight. 57% said they wouldn’t mind raised rates if the flight was more environmentally friendly and 55% would pay a premium for extra leg room.
On average the survey participants would splash £75 more for each flight if their wish list was addressed.
