British tourists spend more than anyone else in Europe on booking their holidays. But we spend the least when we arrive there.
5.000 travellers have been polled in a survey arranged by Honda. The data also suggests that we’re the laziest travellers with 48% of us doing no exercise on holiday and 22% not bothering with sightseeing or going on excursions.
One in ten families spend more than £3,000 on their annual break. The French are most likely to stay at home and Spaniards have the most active breaks.
